The Right Steps

Scottsdale’s Carla Vista Sober Living Home, the Horizon House, is an upscale home located in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. The Horizon House includes fully furnished rooms, a kitchen, and living room that allows moving in easy for new residents. Our Scottsdale home is located in a safe, residential neighborhood in close proximity to the mandatory 12-step meetings required to live in this home. We require our residents to attend meetings and group sessions to increase the chances of long term sobriety.

Carla Vista’s Horizon House in Scottsdale requires random breathalyzer and drug tests for residents to hold them accountable for their actions, as well as a background scan before residency. We want our residents to take control of their life and understand the consequences of their actions. Carla Vista requires our residents have a full-time job, go to school or commit to volunteer work, to make sure that they are on the right path to getting back on their feet. By rejoining society, recovery feels natural and comfortable.
